While unit sales are down, it is important to note that average SOLD prices ticked up in both the Greater Washington and Baltimore regions. You can access the statistics by logging into www.mris.com and clicking News and then Market Statistics from the sub-menu. To help you put the numbers into perspective, remember to read the Q4 2007 MRIS Trends in Housing Report recently posted online.
