RISMEDIA, March 17, 2008-Homescape®, an online provider of local, comprehensive real estate property listings and rich content, announced that it will partner with Prudential Northwest Properties, the largest locally owned real estate company in the Pacific Northwest. For over five decades, Prudential Northwest Properties has served Washington and Oregon, and has grown to include over 650 real estate professionals.

This announcement follows other recent Homescape partnerships with Prudential including Prudential Fox & Roach, Prudential Georgia Realty, Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors® and Prudential Verani Realty.

“Homescape is excited for the opportunity to expand our consumer property search capabilities with the addition of Prudential Northwest Properties to our network,” said Tim Fagan, president of Classified Ventures Real Estate Division. “Prudential Northwest Properties’ commitment to integrity, accountability and personal responsibility is a great fit with Homescape’s goal to connect home buyers and sellers with active property listings – creating a successful consumer experience.”

“Our partnership with Homescape expands the tools available to Prudential Northwest Properties agents, enabling them to reach more home buyers,” said, Bert E. Waugh, Jr., President of Prudential Northwest Properties. “Homescape continues to be at the forefront of leading technology that benefits consumers by providing a breadth of property listings while maintaining the integrity of the data.”

With the addition of the Prudential Northwest Properties and other recent partnerships, Homescape will offer over 3.5 million active property listings for consumers to perform searches, with multiple options to view and manage results. The site also provides advertising opportunities with unlimited photos and priority placement for real estate professionals, while driving engaged consumer traffic directly to their listings. Content on Homescape includes local market information, a consumer-focused blog, search tips, and its new Moving channel, which features articles on planning and paying for a move, choosing movers, packing and more.
