MRIS, March 24, 2008–Question: Does the MRIS system have any listings from outside the MRIS footprint (DC/MD/VA, WV and PA)?Answer: Yes, such listings are displayed under “OTHER” for county and their MLS numbers start with OT. See some examples below:

OT6501561 -This listing is in Florida
OT6650777 -This listing is in North Carolina

Question: I am able to run Monthly and Year-End reports from the Market Statistics page on www.mris.com, but I am unable to run ZIP Code Statistical reports. Is there something wrong with that functionality?

Answer: No, the ZIP Code reports are fully accessible. Check your computer settings to be sure they are not blocking your ability to run those reports. Check to see if you have a Norton Firewall. If so, reconfigure it or disable it while you run the reports.
