Everybody in the Pool!

MRIS, March 31, 2008–Summer is just around the corner and prospective buyers’ thoughts often turn to swimming pools But, where is the pool? It depends on what kind – indoor or outdoor pool? Indoor pool is under Amenities. Outdoor pools are under Exterior Features. You need to add additional search criteria fields for each pool type.Here’s how:

- Start a search with your chosen criteria then scroll to the bottom of the search criteria screen. Click the link that says Click here to add or remove other search fields.

- In the Available Fields box, select Amenities

- Click the gray Add button between the two boxes to move the Amenities over to the

- Selected Fields box on the right.

- In the Available Fields box, select Exterior Features

- Click the gray Add button

- Click Return to Search

- Scroll down to the bottom of the search criteria screen to find the Amenities selection box and the Exterior Features box.

- In the Amenities box, select Indoor Pool

- In the Exterior Features box, select Pool (Abv ground) and/or Pool (In- ground)
Click Search
