Keystone Tip: How to Add Open House Info

MRIS, March 31, 2008–Public open house information is available on Homesdatabase.com and it is a great way for you to convey the information at no additional advertising cost.Note: You must add your open house info in Keystone in order for it to be conveyed to Homesdatabase.com.

How to add open house info:

- Listing must have been submitted obtaining an MLS number prior to adding in an Open House

- Click Add or Update Listings link on the Main Menu in Keystone

- Click Search for Listings button on the top right

- In the Quick Search field, enter Listing number

- Click Search button on the top right of the screen

- Click the Edit icon for the listing to add the Open House information

- On the left side, locate the Navigation Menu

- Click the white folder icon to expand the Navigation Menu

- Click the Open House link in the Navigation Menu

- Click Add Open House button on the top right

- Enter all red starred, mandatory fields

Remember to click Submit to MLS to send that information so that it can be seen in Homesdatabase.com, once the new Open House feature is added.
