RISMEDIA, March 31, 2008-Homescape, a provider of online real estate data connecting home buyers and sellers with active property listings, announced it will display enhanced Chicago area listing data from one of the largest MLS’ in the country, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois, Inc. (MLSNI). The license agreement enables Homescape to expand the listing property data available to consumers. The improved data feed will increase data security while providing additional information including virtual tours, open houses and more to consumers nationwide via Homescape.com and on ChicagoTribune.com.

“This new data agreement between Homescape, Chicago Tribune and MLSNI is an invaluable benefit to consumers, Brokers and Agents,” said Tim Fagan, president of Classified Ventures Real Estate Division.

“Homescape is thrilled to display enhanced data from MLSNI nationwide, enabling more real estate professionals to provide the property information home buyer and sellers want when searching online for homes.”

“MLSNI has been working with Homescape and the Chicago Tribune for many years,” said Brad Tertell, vice president and general manager for MLSNI. “With over 48,000 REALTOR® professionals, we are pleased to improve this advertising tool for our members, increasing their ability to reach home buyers and sellers.”

“We’ve been priviledged to work with MLSNI for over ten years now,” said Bob Birkentall, director of Real Estate for Tribune Interactive. “This new feed technology will provide our MLSNI customers with superior customer service, as well as, significantly fresher and richer listing data on Homescape.com and ChicagoTribune.com.”
