Advanced Access Debuts NDX at Realty World Annual International Awards Convention

Advanced Access recently announced the addition of eNeighborhood’s Neighborhood Data Exchange (NDX) product to all Advanced Access websites. NDX integrates and delivers to real estate professionals more than 275 fields of information, including data about schools, demographics, employment, housing, crime, climate, and property-sold data. The service also includes an improved mapping system, which allows consumers to conduct instant searches. The information is delivered in an XML format that can be integrated with other data sources, such as MLS or IDX/VOW property databases.
