Chase and Prudential One, Realtors Team up to Speed Home Buying

RISMEDIA, April 10, 2008-Chase, a leading residential housing lender, and Prudential One, Realtors, a Prudential franchise in Ohio, announced they have formed a joint venture to streamline the home buying experience.

According to the two companies, the One Home Mortgage joint venture will be available for customers throughout Southwest Ohio with loan officers located in seven Prudential One offices.

“One Home Mortgage, conveniently located to Prudential One, Realtors, will provide one-stop shopping to homebuyers with full-service real estate and mortgage consultation from qualification to closing,” said Dennis Maag, Chase regional manager for Ohio “We look forward to bringing this convenience to our customers.”

Offices are in Beaver Creek, Centerville, Greenville, Troy, Vandalia, West Chester and Xenia.
