Sobel attributes this to an incredibly loyal and ever-growing real estate client base spread out across the Country, and expanding in sales and educational marketing during the year.
According to the company, HWA(TM) Executive Management also credits this growth to an overall attitude and culture of innovation and flexibility that has been nurtured within the company.

We ask ourselves, ‘What can we embrace in this new market reality to pursue growth against our strategic plan’ rather than ‘What can we cut to reduce expenses, ignoring the plan,’” added Sobel.

Roth also stated that to develop this high octane culture it takes a client base like HWA’s who are very loyal and growing, products that are highly competitive and staff and service contractors that are exceptional. Then the word just gets around.
HWA announced that it achieved double-digit growth in revenue in 2007 and the first quarter of 2008.
When Sobel was asked about plans for the rest of 2008, he stated “HWA would be focusing on more of the same expansion and improvements with a few surprises — stay tuned.”
