Keystone Photo Tips: Part Two

Print Article Print Article

By Diane IvesMRIS, April 14, 2008–The following features found on some digital cameras may help you take better, more effective photos:

- Wide angle lens can help by showing more of the room.

- Telephoto lens may help in taking a more appealing exterior shot.

- “Stitch assist” can help to create panoramic shots.

- Scene Modes optimized for specific scenes/photographic conditions are preprogrammed by the camera manufacturer. When selected, a scene mode may produce better results.

- Image Stabilization (IS) or Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) sometimes called vibration reduction or anti-shake helps alleviate movement or vibrations allowing the user to obtain clearer pictures.

- Digital cameras have removed the limitation of only having 12, 24, or 36 photos per roll. Since there is no film to process, you can take plenty of photos, experiment with lighting, lens, scene modes, and flash. Select the best photo shots and delete those that don’t turn out as well.

- Using Keystone Photo Upload you can enhance your listings, generate excitement, and provide the homebuyers of today the photos they want.
