No need to call the Helpdesk; just use the links on the Secure Login page, 24/7.The “Report a Broken Token” link will immediately send you a temporary password and PIN good for 7 days, so your ability to do business will not be disrupted. The “Report a Lost Token” link does the same thing. In either case, MRIS is notified and will send out a token replacement the next business day.
