MRIS, April 28, 2008–A Cross Property Search returns listings matching the requested criteria across all four main property types: Residential, Lot-Land, Multi-Family and Commercial.
Office managers may find this search particularly useful in locating all of the active listings for a broker’s office. To conduct a Cross Property Search:
• Click the Search tab
• Click the General link under the Cross Property Search
• Select Active, CNTG/KO, CNTG NO KO for Status
• Click within the For Sale field and Select Yes
Note:
The actual exclusion or inclusion of statuses can be determined according to the Office Manager’s preference.
• Click the Click here to add or remove other search fields link located at the bottom of the search page
• On the Frequently Used Fields page Click within the Available Fields column
• Locate the ListBrokerCode and ListOfficeName under the Available Fields column, hold down the Ctrl button to select both.
• Click Add to move choices over to Selected Fields box.
• Click the blue Return to Search button
• Scroll down and type in either a Broker Code or Office Name
• Click the blue Search button
• Review results
• Click the blue Check All link at the top of the screen to select all the listings for printing
• Go to the bottom of the page and Click the blue Print Reports button
There is only one report available for printing from a Cross Property Search, the Office Inventory report. Select it and click the blue Print Reports button again.
