Hunt Real Estate ERA Earns Prestigious Awards

RISMEDIA, May 14, 2008-HUNT Real Estate ERA was honored for its outstanding performance during the 2008 Cartus Broker Network International Conference held April 10-12 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. More than 600 representatives attended the three-day event, which included interactive workshops, roundtable and panel discussions, and executive presentations.

Hunt Real Estate ERA received the Cartus Destination Award-for outstanding achievement in customer services, sales, and customized home finding solutions for each customer.

Additionally, Hunt took home the PHH Mortgage Most Valuable Partnership Award. This award recognizes brokers who have the most successful mortgage relationships based on size category, under the participating channels consisting of the retail “MyChoice” program, loan offer platform and wholesale/correspondence.

Hunt was also awarded the prestigious Cartus Platinum Recognition Award, given to brokers who have achieved a minimum of 19 of the total points available. The points are earned by achieving key performance goals in the following business segments: support of the Cartus Broker Network, relocation management of departure and destination business, service excellence and mortgage conversion of Affinity clients, support of Cartus sales efforts and overall TOP BLOCK® Service. To qualify for membership, brokers must meet their broker-to-broker outgoing closing goal, have an effective mortgage relationship with PHH Mortgage, and be a network member in good standing.
