What’s the Secret Question?

MRIS, June 9, 2008-We all use various online sites where there are security questions. These are usually set up when the user sets up that account to access. It could be eBay, Amazon.com, banks any Internet site really. The SafeMLS® system is no different.When you enrolled your token you were asked for answers to three secret questions. For security purposes, these questions help verify that only you are in fact able to access that information or service.

Those questions were:
What is your birth city?
What is your birth year?
What is your mother’s middle name?

The answers you provided should only be known to you. These secret questions will be asked when you submit a Forgot my PIN request, report a Lost or Broken token, or want to Change your PIN number.
