RISMEDIA, June 9, 2008-Allison James Estates and Homes is moving its corporate offices to new and larger facilities on June 7th, 2008 due to phenomenal growth, the company reports. Allison James Estates and Homes opened its first corporate offices on January 3rd of 2008. Due to explosive growth, the company says that it has been forced to relocate a year sooner than expected into larger and more modern facilities.
According to G. David Powell the CFO of Allison James Estates and Homes, the acceptance of their business model by the Realtors was hoped for and not completely unexpected. What did surprise them was the acceptance of their business model by the real estate industry leaders of this country.
While at the Midyear National Convention Legislative meetings in Washington D.C. this year, “We found that industry leaders were surprised and supportive of our back office ability through technology to monitor the Realtors nationally as well as the ability to monitor all contracts,” Powell goes on to say.
The new office facilities of Allison James Estates and Homes provide the company the ability to have up to 20 senior recruiters at a time recruiting Realtors® throughout the country to join Allison James Estates and Homes.
When fully operational, the company says it will be running a day shift of 20 Senior Recruiters and a night shift of 20 Senior Recruiters.
At the current time, Allison James Estates and Homes has 12 call center agents making the initial contact with Realtors® throughout the nation sharing with them the advantages of affiliating with Allison James Estates and Homes.
“The problem we ran into”, stated James A. Crumbaugh III CEO, “is that our call center agents were generating 2,000 calls a day and out of those 2,000 calls a day, we had 200 Realtors a day that requested additional information about the company.”
Crumbaugh goes on to say that “We only had room for 3 or 4 Senior Recruiter so with so few Senior Recruiters we couldn’t get back with all the Realtors® that showed an interest in joining Allison James Estates and Homes. We currently have a back log of over 10,000 Realtors that have expressed an interest that we haven’t touched since the initial contact.”
The company says it has plans to grow by over 300 Realtors a month over the next 6 months. Then beginning in 2009, the plans are to grow by 500 Realtors a month.
Both Powell and Crumbaugh III believe that the business model of Allison James Estates and Homes will appeal to at least 5% of the Realtor population. Of that 5%, the company believes they will successfully recruit a total of 2% of the entire Realtor population of the country.
