RISMEDIA, June 20, 2008-Scripps Networks and AOL announced a partnership to deliver clips from Scripps’ portfolio of leading lifestyle content on AOL Video, and selectively throughout AOL Food, AOL Home, and Slashfood, later this summer.

“Building our distribution platform with AOL allows a vast audience to sample some of the best our brands have to offer,” explains Deanna Brown, president of the interactive group for Scripps Networks. “These short highlights allow our fans an additional access point, and introduce a new audience to our brands as well; the partnership also supports our strategy of growing a wide footprint in the categories of home, food and living.”

“AOL Video is the ideal platform for Scripps to extend its lifestyle content to a highly engaged Web audience,” said Kevin Conroy, executive vice president, AOL. “This partnership underscores our goal of providing consumers with the most comprehensive array of high quality, branded content on the Web, including content from all four major broadcast networks and a myriad of cable networks.”

Scripps Networks fans and AOL users can now view program segments from HGTV, Food Network, DIY Network and Fine Living Network by visiting AOL Video’s channel tab located on the homepage. In addition, Scripps videos will easily be found through AOL’s video search, powered by leading video search engine, Truveo.

Some of the Scripps Networks offerings on AOL Video include highlights from the following shows:

HGTV: “Carter Can,” “Color Splash,” “Deserving Design,” “Design on a Dime,”
“House Hunters,” “I Want That!,” and “Sleep on It.”

Food Network: “Ace of Cakes,” “Barefoot Contessa,” “Down Home with the Neelys,” “Good Eats with Alton Brown,” “Paula’s Home Cooking,” and “Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller.”

DIY Network: “Amazing Log Homes,” “Bathroom Renovations,” “Cool Tools,”
“Desperate Landscapes,” “Man Caves,” “Rock Solid,” and “Sweat Equity.”

Fine Living Network: “All-Girl Getaways,” “American Shopper,” “Great Cocktails,” “Real Estate Confidential,” and “Shopping with Chefs.”
