MRIS, June 30, 2008-As there has been an increase in the number of “Short Sales” entered into MRIS, there has also been an increase in the number of questions regarding MRIS policies on entering and maintaining your listing. To assist our MRIS customers with MRIS policy questions, answers to your short sale questions are now available on the MRIS.com web site at http://www.mris.com/compliance/.
Shortly, MRIS will be adding fields in Keystone and Matrix to make it easier to disclose information on potential short sales and to make it easier for agents to search for potential short sale information. MRIS will advise you of these changes as soon as they are available.
