RISMEDIA, July 11, 2008-Previsite, a creator of rich media content for the real estate industry, offering easy-to-use and affordable virtual tour solutions, announced it has moved from 33 West 19th Street to 130 West 42nd Street. The move was initiated because of rapid company growth and expansion. The prior office was only 500 sq. ft., but the new office is 3,500 sq. ft.
“Previsite continues to expand in the U.S., with its exciting and new technology that enables agents to create their own professional quality virtual tours in just minutes” commented Jeffrey Nortman, chief operations officer, Previsite. “We plan on having a total of 20 new hires by the end of the year. We continue to expand our products and services and have opened offices quite recently in: Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles and Philadelphia.”
“Virtual tour vendors are increasing marketing dollars for both the agents and consumers. This will increase the interest in people wanting to see virtual tours online as well as giving agents/brokers a competitive advantage by having the ability to showcase listings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” continues Nortman.
The Previsite data center has always been housed in Paris, but Previsite has recently added a data centers in Houston and Tokyo. According to the company, the move to a U.S. location allows for faster response time and superior reliability.
