MRIS,
Calls to action should be relevant to your viewers and engaging enough to turn casual visitors into clients and ultimately sales. A call to action gives real estate consumers reasons to come back to your site, e-mail you, or give you a call. Remember, today’s consumer wants a response within a short period of time (one hour response is now considered a long time). Your website should provide you a way to send an auto responder immediately indicating the time frame the consumer can expect a response.
Your site should also allow the consumer to request an appointment without having to call. A “free reports” area in your website gives users a reason to visit again and again. Links to vendors, mortgage companies, title companies, and self directed educational tutorials will provide value and keep users coming back for more. An open house search feature gives potential buyers a reason to visit regularly and the addition of a blog to your site offers a chance to allow users to get to know you.
Visitors to your site will want to do a property search without having to sign in and give personal information. Once they feel comfortable they will want to create an account that allows them to receive listings automatically by email or look at new listings right on your site.
MRIS offers a dynamic solution, the ActiveAgent website. It is affordable, easy to use, customizable, and has all the “must have” features you are looking for. Information is available on www.mris.com/products.
