RISMEDIA, August 4, 2008-The wait is over! This year’s crop of Realtors on the Rise seems to have a common thread-the fact that their ages are so extraordinarily different. From second careers to generations X and Y, this group is serious about the real estate industry and their place in it. Similar to the trends we’ve seen in the past, the majority of our winners this year have entered the real estate space within the past 10 years. They all bring different methods, mottos and mechanics to the job-and with great success.

Here, each day we’ll introduce you to one of our 50 Realtors on the Rise for 2008, chosen by the editors of Real Estate magazine and selected from hundreds of entries. We congratulate this year’s winners for stepping out of the box, bringing a new outlook and charging ahead through the changed real estate space.
