Public Internet Remarks Do’s and Don’ts

DO provide a brief but detailed description of the property & amenities
DO provide information on closing help/seller subsidies

DON’T advertise your brokerage or bank
DON’T include contact information such as names, phone numbers, fax numbers, websites, e-mail addresses, and lockbox codes
DON’T state that a property is vacant
DON’T list contact criteria (ie:call first elderly, children napping, etc.)
DON’T list commission or agent bonus information
