50 Days of Leaders: Reaping the Benefits

RISMEDIA, August 14, 2008-What do you love most about real estate? For Kathy Casarin, today’s featured Realtor on the Rise, she loves the fact that in real estate, every day is different. What’s more, this Pennsylvania Realtor is also a mother of three, so having the flexibility that real estate allows, is an added bonus to her chosen career.

Growing up in real estate: Casarin’s father was a contractor, giving her a unique perspective on real estate.
A healthy addiction: “I’m an admitted addict to all of the HGTV shows,” she says.

What does Casarin love most about real estate? “The people and the day-to-day contact-everyday is different. I have three young children and I can do so much from home. I’ve set up a home office, so in essence I reap the benefits of being a stay-at-home mom. I work when my children nap, play or are at school.”
