Realtor.com reports that details are available on nearly every property in any neighborhood in the U.S., including all Realtor.com active listings, recently sold homes using data provided from public record sources and/or local MLS, and homes not currently on the market using public records data. Visitors can browse extensive property information including listing details, photos, sales history, and public assessor details (property and tax assessment information).

How “Find Home Values” Helps You

The benefit of Find Home Values to consumers is clear-but how does this new technology help Realtors®? NAR and Realtor.com designed this feature to help keep central to every step of the real estate transaction. Find Home Values provides recognition to both the listing broker and the buyer’s broker in recent transactions for participating MLSs-clearly demonstrating that Realtors not only list properties, but are responsible for 85% of all real estate transactions.

More importantly, the company says, is all your listings on Realtor.com will get additional exposure as buyers and sellers flock to this valuable Web-based feature.
