RISMEDIA, August 26, 2008-Talk about hitting the ground running, Jessica Gaines and Mollie Younger are not only reaching goals within the real estate industry, but also outside-literally. Today’s featured Realtors on Rise are setting milestones by preparing for mini-marathons and triathlons while also making the transition into a structured real estate team. Here, meet the duo, and learn other ways they’re making their team work as an up-and-coming real estate success story.

Jessica Gaines & Mollie Younger
Keller Williams Realty
Louisville, Kentucky

A joint effort: The two formed The Younger-Gaines Team in August 2007.

Running around: Gaines reached a personal goal this year of running in her first mini-marathon; Younger is training for her first triathlon.

After joining up, Younger and Gaines revamped their approach to selling houses by transforming themselves from “sales women” to “business women.” The duo structured their team like a small company with Gaines handling listings and marketing, and Younger handling buyers and contract negotiation.

Each day RISMedia will introduce you to one of our 50 Realtors on the Rise for 2008, chosen by the editors of Real Estate magazine and selected from hundreds of entries. We congratulate this year’s winners for stepping out of the box, bringing a new outlook and charging ahead through the changed real estate space.
