A joint effort: The two formed The Younger-Gaines Team in August 2007.

Running around: Gaines reached a personal goal this year of running in her first mini-marathon; Younger is training for her first triathlon.

After joining up, Younger and Gaines revamped their approach to selling houses by transforming themselves from “sales women” to “business women.” The duo structured their team like a small company with Gaines handling listings and marketing, and Younger handling buyers and contract negotiation.
