Leonard holds the following designations ABR, CRS, GRI, E-PRO, TRLP and is a SILVER R contributor to TREPAC. Leonard currently serves as a Director of the Texas Association of Realtors, and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors Political Communications Sub-Committee. He also serves on the Texas Association of Realtors MLS Committee and Legal Review Committee and recently received an appointment to the Texas State Tax and Appraisal Task Force. Leonard has also been appointed 2009 Liaison for the Texas Association of Realtors Political Involvement Committee.
Leonard was also elected a Director of the National Association of Realtors. Leonard is the 2008 San Antonio Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program.

Instead we discuss whose child accomplished what during the year, who got married, and is it time to take the car keys from our 88 year old father-in-law, that moves slower than glacial melting, while still driving like Mario Andretti.
