CurbTalker Audio Listing System for Realtors Launched

RISMEDIA, Sept. 11, 2008-This week, Parliant Corporation announced the launch of CurbTalker. According to the company, it’s an audio listing service (IVR hotline) for real estate brokers that increases sales rate and helps professionals win listings. What’s more, the company says it saves real estate brokers money by determining which ads generate leads. It logs callers for easy call-back and produces color reports that bring true insight to one’s business.

CurbTalker answers calls from prospects, delivers property information, and transfers the potential buyer to an agent’s cell phone or takes a message, according to the company. CurbTalker tracks the ads callers respond to and creates per-property and brokerage-wide reports. In addition, the company says it keeps data safe in-house, with no monthly fees.
