MRIS, Sept. 15, 2008-If you have received your new token and switched, Thank You! You’re done! And, if you’ve reported a lost or broken token in July, August or September, you’re also done!
The newer model token is the warranty replacement of your original SAFEMLS token. The newer model only has numbers in the passwords, no more letters! The display is easier to read, more concise and has clearer numbers. The clip is easier to use too.
To ensure you have a reliable device when you need it, please take a moment to switch to the new token as soon as possible. It takes less than a minute to complete your enrollment. Please switch before October 1, 2008.

Starting on October 1, 2008:
Any reported Lost Token on or after October 1, 2008, will incur a $35 replacement fee.
Any reported Broken Alpine Token on or after October 1, 2008 must be returned to MRIS in the provided Business Reply Envelope within two weeks. Any Broken Alpine Token (serial numbers start with the letter ‘F’) not returned will incur a $35 replacement fee.
