As Menard says: “Balancing life and work can be a challenge, but it’s essential. My wife, Carol, and I are committed to taking at least one three-day weekend a quarter to disappear and enjoy time at the beach or just time alone away from everyone. It’s amazing how refreshing it can be. I also enjoy golfing, so I have integrated it into my business plan. Once a week, I put together a foursome consisting of business contacts to play a round of golf.”
