To that extent, Courtney Newton has experienced great success in Atlanta by dedicating part of her business to the condo market while actively working with local charities outside of her business.

A different focus: Newton dedicates part of her business to the condo market with her own website, www.AtlantaCondoQueen.com.

Along with her active real estate career, Newton is involved with charitable organizations throughout the year. She focuses much of her time to working with Cobb County, Georgia, education and just this past May, through her database, collected over 500 books for their summer beach book program. She also holds a biannual breakfast for the area’s teachers.
