RISMEDIA, Sept. 23, 2008-When Debby Pulliam, today’s featured Realtor on the Rise, entered the real estate industry, she already had a background of working with people on a daily basis. To that extent, she soon realized the importance of educating her buyers and sellers-creating a notebook to help educate her clients on the entire process.

When Pulliam became an agent in 2005, she learned that a lot of buyers and sellers didn’t have the education they needed to buy or sell. It’s very important to educate the first-time home buyers and sellers to make their buying and selling experience a good one, she believes. To that end, she has put together a notebook to educate her buyers and sellers on the process.
