Finding a niche: Spiro focuses on helping divorced women find homes.

Spiro has an unusual niche-divorce. She helps women in transitional parts of their lives by reducing some stress from the real estate transaction. “I work with women going through a divorce, which makes my job both rewarding to me and good for my clients,” she says. Spiro also facilitated a divorce recovery class for hundreds of participants over a two-year period.
