Going green: The Turners have moved to a completely paperless transaction system, using tablet PCs and other technology.

The Turners’ website is unique in that it features licensed copy from Firstbook’s Newcomer’s Handbook for Portland. The relationship is currently exclusive. “We’re using their copy, video and photo tours to highlight neighborhoods. We have previously embraced pay-for-click advertising, but are busy enough now that we have turned those campaigns off.”
