Two Premiere Atlanta Real Estate Companies Unify Leadership as ‘HomeServices of Georgia’

RISMEDIA, Oct. 28, 2008-Jenny Pruitt & Associates President and CEO, Dan Parmer, and Harry Norman, Realtors President, Martha Hayhurst, announce that their respective companies have joined leadership teams in order to provide unified direction and support services to the HomeServices brands located in Georgia.

According to the company, as “HomeServices of Georgia,” this new leadership team will oversee the integrated administrative office functions of the two companies and support the continued, side-by-side operation of their separate brands within the Atlanta market. Both Harry Norman, Realtors and Jenny Pruitt & Associates are Atlanta-based sister companies of HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate; Jenny Pruitt & Associates was acquired in October, 2001 and Harry Norman, Realtors was acquired in May, 2006. As a result of this integration of leadership teams, Parmer will serve as CEO and Hayhurst will serve as President of both brands.
