MRIS, Nov. 10, 2008-Matrix currently has 10 search result displays available. Each display provides different information and features. You can choose from the various displays (one at a time) to assist you.
As an example, when running a CMA it is a good idea to set your display to CMA SUMMARY-AGENT.
This display will give you both the Close Price and the Close Date, two vital pieces of information when performing a CMA. Another important factor when researching comps is the look of the house. To see pictures of a house in CMA SUMMARY-AGENT, you have to either click on each individual photo icon or click on the ML number to open up the full listing.
Want an easier way? Change your display to GALLERY-AGENT. Now you can simply scroll down the page to see the photo of every property. What makes using a choice of displays so effective is that listings selected in one display remain selected as you move to other displays. If you select a listing in GALLERY-AGENT and then switch back to CMA SUMMARY-AGENT, that listing is still selected. Don’t forget that in the My Matrix tab you can create custom one line displays to suit your individual needs.
Next week, look for instructions for creating a custom display in Matrix. To send feedback on this article, e-mail communications@mris.net.
