Watson Addresses International Real Estate Symposium

RISMEDIA, Nov. 4, 2008-William A. Watson, Jr., Chairman of the Board, Watson Realty Corp. was a presenter at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® International Real Estate Symposium in Rome, Italy, September 14-16 at the Rome Cavalieri, Waldorf Astoria Hotel. The meeting attracted over 100 brokers, managers and real estate professionals from top real estate firms and agencies around the world.

Participants explored global real estate trends and discussed commonalities and differences in markets worldwide. All attendees were members of LeadingRE, an international real estate network comprised of 700 firms representing 170,000 sales associates worldwide.

Watson presented information on Recruiting, a topic of vital interest to real estate professionals.

“In an increasingly global marketplace, the need to build cross-border relationships is more important than ever,” commented LeadingRE President/CEO Pam O’Connor. “Giving our members the opportunity to meet and learn from one another is an important part of our global strategy.”
