N-Play Brings Offer and Negotiation Process Online for Home Buyers

RISMEDIA, Nov. 6, 2008-N-Play RE LLC, a real estate service company, has launched a new way for home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents to conduct business online. The company had been in beta since July and has now launched nationally.

According to the company, N-Play provides an online service for buyers to make offers on homes in a transparent, engaging and competitive online environment. The service eliminates the traditional gauntlet that buyers must go through to simply make an offer on a home. Buyers can make offers on multiple homes concurrently and remain anonymous until an agreement in principle is reached. A nonbinding agreement is circulated to all parties who meet offline, negotiate any remaining points, and enter into a conventional purchase contract with the assistance of their respective agents.

“We’re offering a dramatic change in a critical area that has not changed in over 100 years.” said Mark Bloomfield, founder and CEO of N-Play. “By providing buyers a new way to submit offers and providing sellers a dynamic environment that conditions them to market driven pricing, the entire process is greatly improved.”

“Our goal is to assist agents in the offer and negotiation process, and help them close transactions.” said Bloomfield. “If we can deliver buyers and sellers that are on the same page leading to a contract, the closure rates for agents go up and the negotiation complications go down. It’s a win-win for everyone.” said Bloomfield. “For buyers and sellers, the online process eliminates many of the negative emotions and high anxieties. We offer an environment where the parties have time to acclimate themselves to a transaction while converging towards a workable solution.”

“We’re not an auction” said Bloomfield. “We’re better than an auction for many sellers because the seller ultimately gets a higher price, maintains control over the process, and the home is not perceived as a distressed sale.”

Since launching, the company says that it has signed about 125 agents. “We’re building our company one agent at a time.” said Bloomfield. “We’ve found that once agents get past any apprehensions they may have because we’re so unique, and they really understand the powerful capabilities that N-Play brings to them, they tell us they think N-Play represents the future of their industry and are very excited about it.” said Bloomfield.

The Company is offering free trial subscriptions for a limited time. Agents can choose from several rate plans ranging from $12.95 to $22.95 per month per listing.
