RISMEDIA, May 5, 2008-Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Network Services President Ruth Ann Pepple, CRP, GMS, received the Medal of Honor from the U.S. Chapter of The International Real Estate Federation, known as FIABCI-USA. The award, presented to those individuals who have demonstrated an outstanding level of leadership and volunteerism to the chapter, was presented during its 2008 Spring Annual Meeting in Washington, DC.
During the presentation, 2007-2008 FIABCI-USA President Dagmar Sands thanked Pepple for her efforts on behalf of the U.S. Chapter, especially her continued contributions to the organization’s strategic plan and board of directors. The award is one of only 53 awards presented in the organization’s history.
Pepple has represented Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® at FIABCI World Congresses in London, Oslo, Berlin, Houston and Athens and will do so this year in Amsterdam. She has received Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious Service Award, served on the Worldwide ERC® Spring Conference Program Planning Committee and on the Coalition Communications and Membership Services Committees.
Pepple has been a senior manager with a series of real estate networks since 1971 and is considered a leader in establishing business models for referral networks. In her role with LeadingRE, Pepple manages the network’s international initiatives and recruiting and retention efforts, as well as the conferences, training, and referral resources departments.
