Rollison and CSS have been talking to Real Living HER for over three years. When Real Living HER was looking for a more efficient method of scheduling showings on their properties, they created their own call center based in Columbus, Ohio. They realized that instead of re-creating the wheel, they could partner with a professional call center and a company whose sole mission is to schedule showings for Realtors across the country.
Real Living CFO Bob McAdams knew moving forward with CSS was the right choice. “Centralized Showing Service has streamlined the way our agents do business,” said McAdams. “When you simplify something that could take hours into a few minutes, it’s invaluable.” Real Living HER signed a sixteen month contract with CSS and started using their Kansas City-based call center on June 2, 2008.
