RISMEDIA, August 28, 2008-Everybody wants to know how to succeed in today’s real estate market. In today’s real estate reality, you need to be on your game. You need to be educated, informed and open to change.
Craig Proctor, Sales Associate, RE/MAX Omega Realty, will be featured in this year’s opening session, titled “Leadership-Information-Change-Diversity-Profit,” facilitated by John Featherston, President & CEO, RISMedia; Ed Krafchow, President, Prudential CA/NV/TX Realty; and Jim Sherry, President, Innovative Solutions at RISMedia’s 19th Annual Leadership Conference at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York City.
Proctor will join seven other top industry pros to debate and debunk the changes that are necessary for success and profitability. Find out where to start at this year’s opening session.
Don’t miss Proctor in the “Top 5 in Real Estate: Redefining Differentiation” session, facilitated by Allan Dalton, Senior Advisor, RISMedia, an intriguing special education session that will supply agents with the information they need to successfully differentiate themselves from their marketplace competitors.
Proctor will also be a part of the “Top 5 in Real Estate: A New Approach to Expireds” session, also facilitated by Dalton. If you want to learn more about RISMedia’s new designation program, this session is not to be missed.
Proctor is currently doing what he teaches, and is highly successful at it. At the age of 25, Proctor was making $14,000 a year working manual labor with absolutely no real estate or business background. A year later, he’d closed 55 residential transactions, and two years after that-still under the age of 30-he was named the number-one RE/MAX agent worldwide by closing more than 200 properties. He is the youngest RE/MAX agent ever to be number one worldwide for the company.
RISMedia’s Leadership Conference is a high-level, networking and educational event for America’s real estate and relocation leaders held on location, in New York City every year. In order to attend a session, you must be registered for the event.
