Jon Cook Named President and CEO of Prudential California Realty

RISMEDIA, January 19, 2009-Prudential California Realty Executive Vice President/General Manager Jon Cook has been named President and CEO of the firm, the largest company in the Prudential Real Estate international network.

Before joining the company in 2007, Cook was president of California Title Company, a Prudential California Realty affiliate. Previously, he was Vice President/Regional Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Prior to that position, he owned and managed his own real estate brokerage, which he founded in 1993.

During his tenure as EVP/GM of Prudential California Realty, Cook recruited a number of experienced managers for the firm’s flagship offices and initiated the efforts of a group of directors to spearhead the creation of the firm’s Luxury Properties Division, launched in August. He is widely known and respected for his business expertise and management coaching skills.
