RISMEDIA, January 28, 2009-AgencyLogic, one of the largest real estate industry providers of single property websites in North America, announced that they have acquired Realasites (www.realasites.com), a Texas based single property website provider, in a deal involving cash and future revenues.

AgencyLogic will continue the operation of the Realasites brand via their Private Label software using the platform to expand into the rental property market.

“We are aware that our product has the ability to expand beyond residential real estate and into other property and non-real estate markets,” said Stephen Fells, CEO of AgencyLogic. “Acquisition’s like this help us diversify but are also structured to ensure the acquired company generates increased revenues going forward. We continue to explore and seek out similar transactions as part of our expansion into other market segments.”

“Feature enhancements will continue to be value based ultimately providing our clients with a Web-based platform that will provide all of their marketing needs for a single property,” said Mark Wayman, CIO of AgencyLogic. “With economic conditions being as they are we are committed to not only doing this for the residential market but for the rental market through the Realasites brand.”
