Here is a snapshot of the reports that are now available on our website:
- The Market Activity Report (published weekly) provides the most up-to-date information available about ALL market activity throughout MRIS. See trends emerge before anyone else can, in a focused and easy-to-read format. This weekly report will be posted every Monday afternoon to the MRIS.com website.
- The City/County Market Updates Report (published monthly) allows you to dig deeper into specific counties within MRIS. The report gives you an overview of the monthly and year-to-date activity, sales prices and inventory for a particular county.
- The Market Indicators Report (published monthly) offers a “big picture” look at our market – where it’s been, where it’s at and where it’s headed. See shifts in supply and demand, home prices, market time and more.
- The Housing Supply Outlook Report (published monthly) offers a detailed look at the dynamics of supply and demand, digging into the intersections of price range, property type and construction status to take a closer look at the unique submarkets they create.
