Appraisers – Market Conditions Addendum

MRIS, March 16, 2009-Perplexed, puzzled, mystified, confounded, baffled, or scratching your head? If any of these words describe you in relationship to the new FNMA Form 1004MC, than you should attend the new MRIS Market Conditions class and discover how to find the information you need.

The following topics will be covered; where to find the necessary information, how to calculate the market absorption rate for various periods of time and how to find median, average, and list price to sale price ratio.

To sign up for the class, please log into www.mris.com, hover over training and click enroll in a class. Place a check in the box for Market Conditions, Appraisers Only and scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the GO button. You may need to click the link “see all classes” if none appear on your screen. Select the location or time that meets your schedule and click enroll.

MRIS has sessions planned across the area. The class runs approximately fifty minutes and includes an informative handout to take home with you. We hope to see you there!
