Coldwell Banker United and Century 21 Hecht Join Forces

RISMEDIA, March 31, 2009-Jeffrey Wheeler, president and COO of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and Bob Hecht, owner of Century 21 Hecht announced that Century 21 Hecht will become a part of Coldwell Banker United, Realtors.

According to the company, the two organizations will combine market share and will have more than 165 agents serving the Greater Lake Norman area.

Tom Martin, senior vice president for Coldwell Banker United, Realtors, said while many offices and companies are pulling back, Coldwell Banker is pushing forward with expansion and growth plans. “When two powerhouse brands combine market share and streamline resources, we are able expedite our plans for growth in the greater Lake Norman area,” said Martin. “Bob Hecht has built a strong company with highly professional agents.
