How do you arm yourself with the right information?

In my segment of the market, representing mostly sellers, the questions are essentially: How much is my home going to sell for? How long will it take? How are you going to make it happen? I am fortunate to work with a company that continues to empower their agents by being at the leading edge of Internet marketing. Consumers value this level of commitment. This constant contact through technology allows consumers to monitor the activity around their property and other similar properties on a daily basis.

How does information give you a competitive advantage?

My clients have very specific concerns and expect me to address them in a definitive way. A professional team is essential to the process of marketing the luxury home product. Professional, still and video photography, professional Web design and luxury staging are all critical resources that indicate to the client a high level of understanding and consideration regarding the sale of their home.

Why did you become a member of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network®?

I became a charter member in the Top 5 in Real Estate Network® because I believe strongly in the message it sends to the real estate consumer and the effect it will have on changing the public’s perception about the best agents in the business.

How are you utilizing Top 5 consumer materials?

The Top 5 brochures are ideally suited for open home events where large numbers of the real estate public attend. The Resource Center and videos are accessed through my website.
