Centralized Showing Service Acquires Showing Solutions, Inc.

RISMEDIA, December 23, 2009—Centralized Showing Service, Inc., a leader in real estate showing services, announced the acquisition of Showing Solutions, Inc. Both companies are based in Overland Park, KS, and schedule home showing appointments and collect showing feedback for Realtors® around the country.

The acquisition of Showing Solutions brings 12,000 agents into the CSS family, which now totals over 131,000 Realtors in over 60 markets nationwide. CSS will be providing service in six new markets: Topeka, KS; Lawrence, KS; Detroit, MI; Duluth, MN; Alexandria, MN; and Pueblo, CO.

Virtually everything in the process of scheduling showings will remain unchanged for Realtors who have been using Showing Solutions. The phone numbers, website (www.showingsolutions.com), and even the great customer service representatives that clients are used to, will be kept the same.
