1. Experience (a minimum of three years as a residential real estate agent)

3. Commitment to advanced professional education-members must have or be working towards at least one industry designation (i.e., CRS, ABR, ePro), or have other relevant educational achievements.
4. Willingness to distribute important consumer education materials across multiple channels (including websites, social networking and other outlets).
5. Commitment to community service (active involvement in community service organizations).
