Coldwell Banker Real Estate Expands International Network with Master Franchise Agreement for Czech Republic

RISMEDIA, March 4, 2010—Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC announced the signing of a master franchise agreement with Top CzechPartners Estate S.R.O. to bring the Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise systems to the Czech Republic. The Coldwell Banker residential and commercial real estate networks now extend to 49 countries and territories worldwide on a combined basis.

Led by Petr Král, Top CzechPartners Estate S.R.O. is based in Prague. The company was founded in 2006 and has been focused on project management and land sales.
