Sotheby’s International Realty Brand Expands Network Presence into Sweden

RISMEDIA, September 7, 2010—Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC announced that leading Swedish real estate firm Skeppsholmen Fastighetsmäkleri in Stockholm has joined its luxury real estate network.

The firm will do business as Sweden Skeppsholmen Sotheby’s International Realty and is owned by Lars Andersson, who signed an exclusive 25-year master franchise agreement to develop the Sotheby’s International Realty brand throughout Sweden. Andersson established Skeppsholmen Fastighetsmäkleri in 1992, a real estate business specializing in the sale of luxury residential and commercial properties.
