RISMEDIA, March 4, 2011—Point2 announced six new listing syndication and co-marketing program implementations that will enable 4,400 REALTORS® representing 22,000 listings in six states to leverage Point2’s real estate syndication network of more than 50 popular real estate consumer websites and search engines, at no added cost to them.
The implementations are designed to simplify the real estate marketing and online advertising process for brokers and agents, ensure listing data accuracy and timeliness on the various sites, and expand exposure of for sale property inventories to buyers well beyond local markets.
The roll outs, now fully complete, are in partnership with:
-Downey Association of REALTORS® (California) – http://daor.com
-Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® MLS (Michigan) – http://www.lansing-realestate.com
-Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® (Alabama) – http://www.usamls.net/baldwin

The Traverse Area Association (TAAR) encompasses the five-county Grand Traverse Area in Michigan, which includes Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Antrim, Kalkaska and Benzie Counties, as well as the immediate surrounding counties of Missaukee, Wexford, Manistee and Charlevoix.
“We welcome our new MLS and Association partners and their members to Point2, and we look forward to helping them achieve maximum efficiency, online exposure and productivity,” said Saul Klein, Senior Vice President, Point2.
